It's evident that the staff pays huge attention to ensuring everyone is satisfied, making it feel like a true family-run business.

The hotel's off-street parking was convenient, and the location allowed for easy exploration of nearby landmarks like Dublin Castle and The Spire. The live entertainment and sun terrace added to the relaxation during my stay, enhancing my family bonding experience.

The French goodies in the dining room were like tales from a culinary adventure! Staff were sound, and the Irish tunes set the vibe. Cons: Rooms were a bit old-school, scarce on mod cons. they still brought the charm, and a fan saved us from the heat. Nearby feeds at Murray's Bar and Chapter One were top-notch! Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin, making it easily accessible for seniors to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the famous Irish hospitality in a safe and comfortable environment.

As a senior guest, it would have been more enjoyable if there were clearer signs or guides to help navigate the hotel's facilities and amenities. It would have been helpful for the children of the staff to provide more assistance for a smoother and more relaxing vacation experience for seniors.

The highlight of the stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff as well as the central location near Grafton Street. One downside was the inconvenience of the smoking area near the dining areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed the children's playground at the Visitors Centre, where our kids had a blast running around the green fields and playing on the playground equipment. The Irish Traditional Music experience at the hotel added a unique touch to our stay, immersing our family in the core of Irish culture and history. It was a fantastic opportunity for our children to appreciate the traditional music of Ireland.

In my wife's opinion, the Castle Hotel should consider expanding the children's activities and entertainment options to cater more specifically to young guests. For dads, it would be great to have more interactive family activities available to make the stay even more enjoyable for everyone.

Great location, very close to the buzz of the city centre and buses to get around. Restaurant’s food was decent and staff was friendly. The room was comfy enough for a couple embarking on a weekend getaway. You can’t really beat the price, given the great location and overall hospitality.

One aspect left us disappointed. The breakfast choice was somewhat limited and didn't meet our expectations, as the full Irish wasn't freshly prepared and the quality of some of the ingredients was not the best.

Loved the individual single beds for the kids in our family room, the fantastic staff, and the delicious breakfast options in your restaurant! The live music in the evening and the chill sun terrace really helped us unwind after a day of exploring Dublin. Though a few rooms are being renovated, the slight noise from outside didn't bother us much, and our overall stay was still top-notch! 🎶

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the location was absolutely perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to the Mater Hospital. the highlight of our trip was the charming cafe called Cora Knows Best, which we stumbled upon just down the road from the hotel. the cafe served excellent coffee and we highly recommend it! the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. We also found the parking to be easy and reasonably priced.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by bus or taxi.

The room was tired and had some maintenance issues, such as a bathroom window that didn't close properly and grouting that could have been cleaner. The hairdryer fixed to the wall was inconveniently far from the nearest mirror.

The hotel's in a great spot, you find everything walking. Loved the cozy vibe and breakfast choices – Irish fry downstairs, or European upstairs. The room's comfy; you can pop open the windows or use a fan. Just wished the breakfast had better-quality ingredients. 🍳

I just returned from an exciting stay in a hotel just off the main strip. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. the room was a bit basic but clean. I especially LOVED the live entertainment in the evenings. Would choose it again, despite the room being a little dated in reality compared to the photos.
